We are lead by Jaclyn Essis she is a senior leader in the apparel industry with a proven track record of driving transformation and achieving remarkable results. She is a strategic and tactical leader who aligns creative and consumer-focused strategies with a brand's values and objectives. Her discerning eye has overseen and influenced brand identities, collections, lookbooks,  assortment merchandising, collaborations, and social campaigns; she has provided design and merchandising direction, process implementation, sourcing guidance, collection creation, and business strategy to various companies.

Recently, Jaclyn led the successful relaunch of the irreverent Y2K brand, Juicy Couture. She played a key role leading the concept, creative direction, design and merchandising efforts of the Prince X Target Pickleball collaboration. Jaclyn was also fortunate to work with heritage footwear brands like Frye, Tretorn, and Sam Edelman evolving their brand DNA for the sportswear market.
